Stop discriminating solo players and small corps - balance the game and change game mechanic (MMO means interactions between players, NOT favouring big alliances).

Add a module that when activated gives infinite cap for 30 seconds but disables cap recharge and/or reduces the effect of/disables cap boosters for 2 minutes.
