Add hidden systems/constellations waiting for players to discover via high level cosmic signatures and smuggler gates as well as new technology that isnt just pumped into the galaxy all at the same time?

Navy and pirate versions of every tech 1 hull?

Tech 2 pirate hulls?

End Sanshas storyline and use what you've learnt to create new militia (Navy) and pirate incursion type events?

Make them happen in any constellation even if sec is mixed?

Give players the tools to design ships, i.e. what bonii/bonuses they get, attributes, speed, etc..

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

WoW gold to ISK currency conversion. CCP gets WoW gold they can sell to RMT companies, and players are less likely to go back to WoW if their characters are broke.

Tractor beams that are able to lock onto enemy ships and have the ability either to pull the ship towards you if your ship has the greatest mass, or your ship towards them if their ship's mass is larger - if the target's mass is less than your own, though it's speed exceeds that of the tractor beam then his speed will simply be reduced by the velocity factor of the tractor, kinda making it like a stasis web that has the ability to pull objects towards each other

A module that sends a feedback loop when being neuted, draining your ship's entire cap and overloading the neuting ship's entire top rack burning all their modules out and leaving you capless

Besides rebalance, start generating contetnt. There has not been one real expansion for years. Regrow your balls CCP and dare to risk new stuff Instead of forcing to change doctrines every 3 months.

Lets call the patches Expansions once again.
