Ship hulls and modules wear off over time and require repairs, ship fall apart (disappear) if not repaired for 3 months.

Battleship-sized logistics ships (new x10 skill) with mini-triage module (another x10 skill) which immobilize ship for 5 minutes and extend rep range to 200-300km to repair jumping marauders.

When ships bump into each other or roids or stations - they receive damage (with follow-up concordokken).

Bigger ships can insta-kill smaller ships (along with pod) by bumping into them.

Safety switch cannot be changed from green safety in high sec (criminal actions cannot be performed in high-sec).

Remote propulsion boost module to increase ship speed and neutralize warp scramblers / bubbles to allow warp.

Allow remote control of ships so pilot can manage them from stations without risk for implants.

Actual invulnerability modules allowing ships to mitigate all damage for 30-60 seconds.

Turn resist values on tank modules into absolute numbers making 100% resists possible.

Ship hulls and deadspace / officer modules available for sale in NeX (for $$$).

Travel gate breaks after certain amount of jumps and reappear in random spot of the system.

Travel gates not visible in space by default and have to be scanned down by each pilot.

Autopilot warp to 0 to travel gates - with instant follow-up jump.

After jump through travel gate ship land in random spot of target system (not at the gates) making camps impossible.

After using travel gates ship land within 2km from gates in next system so pilot can immediately jump back if shot.

Smartbombs cannot be activated in high-sec.

Each ship has jump drive functionality which allow to jump from any location to a random spots in nearby star systems.

Players can elect "presidents" for constellations, "presidents" may change local taxes, prohibit PvP completely (via game mechanics).

Velocity multiplier = [ship mass / total mass (gak + ship)]

When out of ammunition, Minmatar ships can fire various commodities such as frozen food, janitors, duct tape, and veldspar

EDIT: Also make duct tape a commodity
