Add the ability to sort players in chat channels (mainly local) by status rather than alphabetically, i.e. to be able to list war targets at the top.

Have damage from gas or some other element to your ship , if you 'over' mine an asteroid .( That way miners have to pay attention while mining)

Make PVP optional, you have to toggle it on to be attacked or attack another pilot anywhere in Eve and including wardec targets/enemies.

You can add a ( new) jump drive mod to your citadel as well as a capital MWD and use it as a deathstar.

You can use T3 tractor beams to tow entire asteroids/blocks of ice, back to the station, even while in warp, for reprocessing.

You can use Rigs to connect two ships together and fly them as a single ship but with their combined firepower/ehp/tank.

Right before you pod explodes, you eject from it (EVA) and are able to continue fighting using your side arm and a backpack afterburner.
