With all the talk about the Marauder bastion/mini-siege mode,

When auto-piloting, the (always active until off-lined) Travel Mode Siege Module should increase your agility, your warp speed, reduce warp cap use, increase all resists by 50%, reduce your mass by 50%, reduce MWD cap use, and when warping, put you under the effect of a 90% web.

Already exists...there's a lot of excess mass around one's pod that can be removed by any weapon in the game.
