Make it possible for shield logistics to overload a target ships shield systems and thus take their shields offline and do damage to their shield modules.

Allow remote hull and/or remote armor reppers to be used to disable enemy ships by reshaping hull and/or armor.
(Tzimisce vicissitude applied to ships.)

Stations and Titans now have a small hole/vent somewhere on their surface, flying a shuttle into this vent will cause the thing to blow up from the inside.
