You could just report them to CCP since they actually give two craps about that now. Instead of, you know, spending a billion isk or whatever to have someone do something that you can do yourself and still not get the account banned.

"Hiring" anyone in Eve is a scam. They just take your money and never actually do anything. CCP needs to have an escrow system this would keep them honest.
