Another bad idea:
Give FoF missiles unlimited flytime- once fired, they will fly around the system until they hit something, no matter if it takes days, weeks or even months.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

Change ECM to allow jammed ships to target any ship that has fired upon them within the last 60 seconds.

Change all forms of electronic warfare other than warp disruption to be more powerful with a single module, but unable to apply multiple effects of the same type to the same target.

Gate-created wormholes have mass limits, and when those limits are exceeded the affected gates relink randomly to other systems.

Star gates should have mass limits that slowly regenerate, this will help break up blobs and encourage small gang warfare.

While in any combat with either a player (in duels or pvp) or NPC rats, there is a possibility that you can capture the enemy ship and make it your own ... as long as you have the skills to fly the ship (must have special tractor beam installed in rig slot.)

Jumping to a cyno should cause heat damage on the ship that lit the cyno.

Remove all capitals from this freaking game, and remove warp to 0

GM Guard > I must ask you not to use the petition option like this again but i personally would finish the chicken sandwich first so it won´t go to waste. The spaghetti will keep and you can use it the next time you get hungry. Best regards.

Remove warp to zero but generate a full set of bookmarks for each gate to every other gate and import them into each player's bookmark collection so that we can warp to zero the old style way.

Capital mining ship that has a siege like mode, accelerated cycles and 8 mining lasers with huge cargo bay, but immobile. Better then hulks for there price, but risky.
