The CSM white paper clearly states
CSM White Paper wrote:
The responsibilities of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman are to handle official communications between the CSM and CCP, and they are expected to be particularly active in interacting with the community. The responsibilities of the Secretary and Vice-Secretary are related to the production of official CSM publications such as the CSM Summit Minutes. Thus, CSM Officers are expected to be the most active members of the CSM.

It's traditional to put a footnote declaring "Emphasis mine".

Let me recast that paper for you - Emphasis mine.

"The responsibilities of [the Chairman and Vice-Chairman] are to handle official communications between the CSM and CCP, and they are expected to be particularly active in interacting with the community. The responsibilities of the Secretary and Vice-Secretary are related to the production of official CSM publications such as the CSM Summit Minutes. Thus, CSM Officers are expected to be the most active members of the CSM."

Trebs handles communcations with CCP; Jester does an excellent job of handling communcation with the community. Every single previous CSM has evolved and refined the duties and competencies of both the officers and the ordinary members, and CSM8 has been no exception.

And on a closing note, when you broke the forum rule against making personal attacks, you did so particularly unwisely. Firstly you made it against a person with far more intelligence, and far greater respect from the community than yourself, secondly, you made it against a person whom I count as a friend, and third and most egregiously of all, you were so very incautious as to use a term that applies infinitely better to you than to him:

clown

noun
1.
a comic performer, as in a circus, theatrical production, or the like, who wears an outlandish costume and makeup and entertains by pantomiming common situations or actions in exaggerated or ridiculous fashion, by juggling or tumbling, etc.

2.
a person who acts like a clown; comedian; joker; buffoon; jester.

3.
a prankster; a joker.

4.
Slang. a coarse, ill-bred person; a boor.

In short your error is to treat the white paper as a set of binding immutable laws when every evidence and precedent shows that they're subject to continuous alteration and discretionary interpretation by both CCP and the CSM.

So what your saying is that the White paper should just be ignored.

And its creation had nothing to do with the CSM7 chairman being AWOL and the Vice-Chairman being uncommunicative.

Oh and I presume the CSM7 secretary doing nothing at all was just them using discretionary interpretation. Lol

Edit: Also maybe now you can tell us how CCP is also interpreting the White Paper, so they can ignore it and invite the brown noses to Iceland. Not like everyone couldn't see that coming.

Starting a discussion that is based on remarks that got the original thread locked in the first place, is in essence circumventing forum moderation.
On top of that, this thread is also rife with insults and personal attacks. Both reasons are good enough on their own to warrant a lock.

So be it.
