Have all Ewar roll against SensorStrengthTwisted. Remove EwarImmunityP. Remove WarpcorestabsShocked. Buff Ewar to compensatePirate.

Ideas are like Seeds. I'd chop fullgrown trees to start a fire.

Seriously though, this is a decent idea. With a few tweaks, it could help balance ECM to be softer and less based on hard jams.

I actually posted something like this in Features and Ideas a while back. It's buried somewhere and I can't find it.

Upon overheating a propmod of any kind "highway to the dangerzone" starts playing at the top volume of the speakers of everyone on grid. Do not pay royalties for the song (to make this a bad idea instead of an awesomeone) and dont stop until the Cease and Desists come in.

Assault Titan with bonus to defense, tracking, damage, and rate of fire, and which can mount a special new module: the Capital Microwarpdrive. This module burns 100 jump fuel per 60 second cycle in order to propel the titan forward at +1000m/s velocity.
Role bonus: when this ship is the fleet booster, grants all fleet members +25% bonus to effectiveness of target painters and +25% bonus to range of stasis webifiers.
This ship gains the same +100% turret damage per level as regular titans, but with any turret size.

Sorry it isn't one line, but you could just say this: Assault Titan with Capital Microwarpdrive

Pilot capital sub system control , Have multiple capsuleers in a Titan to brings it online. Guns navigation, shields.etc..
