Titans can use Jump Portal Generator as a microjumpdrive that jumps them forward 100KM, and can't be stopped by scrams or tackle of any kind.

F2p velator/indy only 10 system server, no market, rats and missions(hauling, t1 security) provide non civvie guns/ammo/mods, no skills.

Ban Supers from jumping into Lowsec. Leave all that are currently in Low there, but once they leave, they cant come back.

1) Activating ECM opens up a hacking game. Difficulty is the opponents Sensor Strength. Virus-strenth is determined by ecm-power. Also way smaller "grid". On fail, the cycle is wasted. On success, the target goes "blind" forever. However, the target has the chance to hack itself free in a way easier minigame.

2) ECM forces actor and victim to play pingpong. If one side scores enough points (determined by strength/etc) the opponent is jammed for that cycle. Shocked

Being Vulnerable when channeling the entosis link is a mistake.
It will prevent flow of capture of key systems and this is problematic due to the griefing it will bring if a large body invades a small (causing station camping to be a real thing in 0.0 if destruction is not an option).


Another Thing is
Because of the higher cluster count of alliances (as opposed to the previous large scale alliances) raiding and pvp will become more frequent, subsequently ships like barges, exhumers etc will need a buff other wise the industrial pilots of eve will be driven back to high sec.

Additionally.
This game needs to go full blown free to play. Add all the clothing ot an item shop, along with skill training boosters (x3 training speed for a week, month etc). Add a optional subscription that gives the single character a double skill training (at once) option, but retain the premise of plexing etc for other toons.

Next,
Make Eve Require 20$ to buy, and remove the option for plex to cover this cost. It will prevent alt spam, or at least benefit ccp for it.

Diminishing returns apply, so an extra PLEX only adds a further 66% of invulnerability to the existing invulnerability.
