Compression Arrays should be able to crush modules into refinable alloys (ie, drone poo) of equal reprocess value.

After your ship is destroyed any drones that you had in your drone bay start building your ship back up again, fresh as new they then fly your ship back to your home station. if it gets destroyed along the way home it repeats the process :P
