CCP alliance should create a rental empire in Jove space and rent systems.

Boarding Crew Module.

You pick up some Dust514 guys on a random planet and shoot them at the target ship, they will then have to steal stuff or even the whole hull!

It should be possible to bump a titan INTO its own jump portal, rather than just shutting it down.

increase the ISK cost of medical clones, and leave jumpclones free of charge. because the medical clone ISK sink makes a lot of sense.

Shard the server, have tranquility running eve as is, have another server running Revelations II and a third server running Apocrypha, let people have a fresh start on these servers and charge 5/7 bucks a month for a sub on them since they'll not be getting 'expansions'

planets hide you from dscan if you are in the LOS of the ship which scans

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
