Your pod should not appear at your wreck like it does now. Instead it should appear up to 28kms away in a random (and not necessarily the most convenient) direction.

First person view, cockpit/bridge view in ships (though the more I think about it, this might sound awesome).

Walking in cockpit/bridge in your ships.

Swimming in pod.

Zero gravity mini-games in station (like zero-G football or Karate).

Automatic D-scan that scans every second.

Sec-status next to player names.

Days, months, years, player has been in current corp, next to sec status next to player names.

When in FW you see the rank of friendly militia player displayed next to their name.

When in FW you see enemy rank displayed next to their name.

Massive high-sec NPC battlefields where players take part in defeating NPC enemy that changes tactic and composition in proportion to player events.

Massive low and null sec NPC battlefields like above (More numerous than incursions, more difficult).

Missions (like above also) is set in several rooms, first is easy, the second is more difficult, ad infinitum. LP and isk payout is dependent on how far you get compared to how many ships of what type you used.

Distribution missions are regular, meaning you take on lets say route A to B hauling goods X, then you haul as much goods X per turn you can fit in your ship, and go back and forth hauling X from A to B, and Y from B to A, ad infinitum.

Mining missions are regular, meaning you take on mining lets say ice, and then you mine in room 1 until its empty, then room 2, then room 3, etc, increasing ice amount per room, and NPC enemy difficulty. Ad infinitum.

Dwarf planets. Anything from the size of a few kilometers in diameter, to thousands of kilometers in diameter. From the shape of a weird potato, to the shape of a perfect sphere.

Sun messes with electronics and scans. So the area around the sun (the HUGE sun) is where people hide POSes and ships.

The innermost area with the most scan-interference causes thermal and EM damage so stations and ships need very high such resists to survive there.

Big suns have a bigger interference area, and more interference nearest to the star.

Dyson sphere (google it).

Dark solar systems where you fly around pretty much in perfect darkness.

Much much darker game overall, only bright in the middle of each empire.

The dark sides of planets and moons and POSes and ships should be really really dark.

Dust-clouds you can not warp through where you can hide yourself, and POSes. Travel through them is limited to certain speeds or else you take damage.

Magnetic fields on stars and gas giants and large rocky planets. The strongest magnetic fields cause damage if you stay in them too long, and make you glow in the dark (it irradiates you with radiation that has been caught in the magnetic field).

Telescopes for long-range viewing. In every spectrum of EM possible (radio, xrays, infrared, visible light, microwaves, gamma, ultraviolet).

Infrared, xray, radio, visible light, microwaves, gamma light, UV light, modes on your view (so you can see the heat from your engines and the temperature differences on the planets and hull depending on angle on the sun, etc).

self-replicating nanites.

self-replicating something else.

Opening a wormhole back to where mankind came from.

Starting a new new eden from this new eden and then not believing history can repeat itself.

Where is the intergalactic internet in new eden? There should be some sign of that infrastructure.

A realistic amount of NPC traffic to account for all the trade that must be going on in the universe.

You can raid these NPC convoys.

You must protect these NPC convoys. Fail if ONE don't get to its destination.

Planets that don't align with the normal horisontal plane of the solar system (planets that are in really weird orbits).

Adding an "ort cloud" you can go to and mine to every solar system (Ort cloud is the cloud of asteroids and ice chunks surrounding our solar system that have really really really long orbits, so long they take billions of years to turn around and come back again).

Slipstream drive (see roddenberrys andromeda).

Android avatars that have all the features of your proper clones, except you don't lose implants by losing the one you are controlling. Perhaps they have distance limitations.

Parallel universe drive (travel to alternative new eden universes, where perhaps the eve gate was never closed, or where they made it without collapsing, or where they are still limited to travel in just one solar system, or where the Jovians didn't win against Amarr, or where Jove empire covers the entire New eden universe, etc).

Time-machines. Travel back in time and give the Amarr empire advanced technology so they win against Jove empire, and change the entire current new eden to be one where all the empires had to give in to amarr control. :D Or travel forwards in time and pick up advanced technology.

Pay to get standing with corp/faction of choice.

Instead of taxing that we for example put up POS, incentivise it (you'd think the empires would want more of such things because it offers more income later down the line, like we today incentivise having children because they become tax-payers).

A machine that makes solar systems. Decide what shall be in it also, and where it will be.

High, mid and low power slots that actually are high, mid and low power slots, meaning you put passive modules in low slots, medium power modules in mid slots, and high power modules (weapons, reps, AB, MJD, MWD, neuts, ECM etc) in high power slots.

A stock exchange, bond exchange, commodities exchange, futures exchange, etc. In its own POS that is set up where people want them, and players decide what stocks, bonds, commodities, etc trades at each place. Akin to such exchanges in the real world.

Pay a plex to get free SP you can allocate to whatever you want.

If anyone ever runs out of things to train they can train on a "free SP" skill that gives them unallocated SP they can use when new skills get implemented.

Add more ships in every class, with their own specializations (people only ever fly the best ship for a role, not the second-best, so second best should be made into best something else).

BS carrier (no weapons at all, only drones).

BC carrier.

Cruiser carrier.

frigate carrier.

destroyer carrier.

Make ships that have no cap go offline unable to move and do anything at all, so neuted minmatar ships stop firing and moving.

(really didn't expect to find so many, or I would have made another long post instead of several)

Every month with an active subscription, you get 50k free SP reallocation (not new SP, just the power to un-learn some skills and spend the SP elsewhere).

Declare Amarr FW winner.

Make NPCs as hard to kill as players (with raise in bounties).

Make ship specifications change in accordance with total player use of the ships. Are they used a lot they get worse, are they used less they get better. Then don't do ship balancing anymore, instead add more content.

Cyno stations can cyno everything inside the shield including the station and its upgrades.

Make asteroids and ice belts tumbling pieces of chaos, as you are pushed around by asteroids and ice chunks, and you push them.

Remove gates and everyone now uses jump drives (they can jump to places they have bookmarked without cyno there, stations auto-bookmark when you visit them). You can warp around in-system, jump drives still uses fuel.

Remove the map.

Have random pieces of scientific fact spread around in the game. When people are curious about something, having a small text that actually learns them something of value (I assume facts have value only when someone knows them) would be beneficial and add something to the gameplay value. One example, when you read about clones and various tidsbits about the empires within the game, you learn that they found ways to stop aging by removing the seven aging products that one accumulates in the body over time (see the seven types of aging damage on the "Engineered Negligible Senescence" page on wikipedia). And when you read about anti-matter cores, you get to learn what anti-matter is. etc.
