Add a BPO/BPC Portfolio to keep in your main hangar, while not transported or in POS.
The ability to outsourcing the "Portfolio" selecting Corp/Friends/Alt with access to only use your Blueprints.
Not letting anyone move any bpo from the personal hangar.

This will make all Pro thefs in corps "Rage quit".
As well giving everyone with OCD, Rage over ticking of every BPO just like the char skill list^^

Griefing the griefers & Giving the Givers.

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Add a scavanger skill that allows you to unanchor offline structures such as a POS gun and even the POS itself.

Add missions for players less than 3 months old that grants them sizeable amounts of skills or skillpoints - allowing them to get into better ships faster.
Looking at eve stats, something needs to be done fast to get more players into the game, and one of the problems is getting into a reasonable fitted ship fast enough. Nobody wants to spend the first months in a crappy ship, while your friends are having fun in low or null sec.
These new missions would help with that.

Let a small but vocal subset of the player base dictate game development; whereby, totally trashing anything remotely resembling good game design and ultimately killing the game off.

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.
