Change Carriers and Supercarriers Fighter bay to Ship bay so that they can jump other players around with them.

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

When industrial teams are introduced, allow viral agents (a PI good) to have a chance of escaping their labs and infecting the industrial teams. Ditto for DUST bunnies.

Overhaul ECM so that if successful it turns the screen of the target player black. Locks are broken and any attempt to activate a targeted module locks and fires on a random target.

Rats do **** moves randomly, like set up a bubbled gate camp in null sec or bubble a nullsec station and camp the hell out of it. The ferocity and magnitude of the jerkage requires players to coordinate a response / form a fleet to respond.

Or, rats form a big fleet of tackle frigs and elite cruisers and warp around system to system raiding ratting sites trying to catch ratters, also requiring players to form up to extinguish the rat gang.

Adding to this: Rats no longer spawn in belts but gather instead in a fleet equivalent to the accumulated belt spawns and attack a target in the belts that they have a good chance in destroying.

Make mining require you to get out of your ship and get within 5m of the rock so you can mine it with a personal laser gun and jetpack kit in order to haul the ore back to the ship in batches of 50m3.

Redo the voice for Aura all-together, going for a "distinctly different sound", while springing it on the player base without any prior feedback or notice.

Change the round on manufacturing to be at the job rather than run level, make a bunch more ways to reduce material needs, and then always round up; that way, to get a good production price on billion ISK capital ships you'll have to produce them in large run count jobs.

Create some feature for industry where REALLY large mega alliances can use their vast wealth and numbers of players to buy massive advantages that smaller corps, where the majority of players actually play, simply won't be able to afford. Perhaps you could call it "teams".
