Merge autocannons and artillery into a single weapon system then rebalacing all the ammo types no one uses so they modify optimal/falloff/tracking atributes.

Deployable modulated strip miners.

Automated D-scan alarm.

EVE is what happens when the rule of law does not apply and Darwinism is allowed to run freely.

Booby Trap Bombs that you can put into cans or your cargo hold.
The tech 1 version should have a chance of doing damage to someone if they loot the Booby Trap Bomb.
The tech 2 version should have a chance to do damage if you look into the wreak or can with the Booby Trap Bomb II inside.
Faction versions should have a chance of blowing up if someone gets within 2.5kms of the can or wreak with the Booby Trap Bomb inside.

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Npc made wormholes scattered around high and low sec that are unstable in the fact that they change their destination after 10 seconds of an initial use, allowing fleets to arrive in the same yet unknown destination.

Therefore, retrograde capsule access is granted to only the highest levels of pirate faction command, further complicating the process of bounty collection.

In order to collect these NPC bounties, the frozen corpse and their unique belongings are required.

Due to this new capability by non-player characters, the bounties accrued are quite extensive. Although the same bounty system for capsulers applies to npc pods ("The bounty payout is roughly 20% of the value of all destroyed objects (ships, modules, cargo, implants"), faction commanders are often showered with isk for completing certain tasks. The trick is preventing them from warping.

Only works if you reduce the number of rats by 10, multiply bounties by 10 and overhaul the rat-AI to be a lot more vicious. CCP, do this please!
