but if you don't have access to your email that your used back then,and you go in to LOG IN ON ACCOUNT WEBPAGE,you still need the two factor authencation, and your still left empty handed. I know I still have 3-4 accounts I cant log into because I cant verify email,nor can I log onto the webpage to change it.Your ticket submit button also logs me out and continues to make this impossible to submit this to you.Oh yeah you don't really read these

Hi,

a very poor rollout.
Didn't you run any quality gates before doing this rollout or do you work the Microsoft way "let the customer do the work - give us the Money".
An Answer would be nice. Your Support does not answer any tickets.

There are two icons in the launcher for settings, top right and lower left. The lower left has a gray bar with the text 'set to default'.

Totally unhappy with this new verification thing.

While my main has been verified, my hauling alt with the different email has received so far about 50 verification codes and i get either the "cookies not enabled" or the "code mismatch" message. So i'm now locked out of my alt's account even from the browser.

Since uptime, ive had 4 clients crash out.
this wasnt happening before the patch

So I get this too

"Your email address ** is unfortunately not supported by our email provider and we are unable to send/receive emails from this address. Please file a support ticket to have the issue resolved by following the link below."

Someone else with massive framerate issues? I just landed in a Gas cloud haven (the one with the yellow clouds) and my FPS dropped from 50 to 10. Same for Forsaken Rally Points. I had similar problems with station hangars and 2 chars logged in where I only got 15 FPS.

i really dont understand how come CCP wont allow us to log into account management directly, so that we can update our email addresses.. you folks realize that people have possibly been playing this game with dead emails for 10+ yrs..

try this one on for size when it comes to delusional detachments of these geeks

Microsoft says.. your Hotmail (now outlook) email address was suspended due to strange activity or something.. you haven't logged into that email address in years.. finally due to today's patch.. you decide to.. they tell you they'll text you a code to your phone.. what if the person doesn't have a cell phone?? mcfly??? hello mcfly??? stupid decisions like this is what drives people today. despite the assumption that "everyone has a cell phone"... then they go even further to say they can only send the text code to a phone that receives text...0.0!.. the hell is that?? a cell phone..priceless!


can you guys just give us a much easier workaround to atleast get the auto email confirmations sent out in order to log in please?

i even tried to click the "forgot password" link just to test if a confirmation would hit this newly reactivated email address from ages ago.. and nothing has came in from eve online... and yes i confirm the email is working because i already have junk mail in it!!

how come you guys just didn't decide to roll this out earlier like a month early so that we would have already gotten this resolved instead of Day1 when you're getting massive support ticket spikes is beyond me.

#kick your IT dept and security team in the pants for this one.. it should have been a separate roll out.

1. Biography wiped out on one of my characters.

The biography bug persists if you put your bio back in. I reset my bio, logged onto another character, relogged on to the previous character, and found the bio was reset, AGAIN. I restored it and closed the window. Opened the biography, and it was gone, AGAIN. No point bothering putting in the bio again until fixed.

2.Blood Raider Booster and Advanced Blood Raider Booster wiped off two characters.


3. Skill point numbers and Skill time multipliers are gone. No way to distinguish an x1 skill train v.s. a x8 skill train anymore.

4. The worst bug of all is the new voiceover for "Skill Training Completed". I used to watch my timers and log on just in time to hear her. Now I could care less.

Simply terrible.

Please, I beg you, restore the old voice. I can't bear to hear this new one "Docking request accepted" over and over. Just awful.

p.s as for the buffs being wiped out, the training multipliers missing and the biographies missing after patch, it seems to me that is simple predeployment troubleshooting that should have been done inhouse by applying the new patch to a clean install of EO on a spare PC and seeing it for yourselves. And I am not even a techie.

I've had 100.000 worth of SP trained into a skill I did not put in my que. With my generalist attributes and poor implants it's about 48 hours worth of training.

Just filed a support ticket but don“t imagine my minor issue is top priority at the moment.

Also I'm no longer able to log into the Support Center ceuase of some conflicting email information ...

I have active account and ACTIVE email address... CCP not sending emails for me (my email)... So why should I suffer about it?

PS: Not this one, another account.

I have a similar problem with my others accounts,just going to stop further payments till this is Resolved.

CCP has been working us over for awhile.now that is free,the support is also gone(not that it was really there) cause they wont have anyone to be there,proably why this hasn't be resolved cause of the lay offs they are forced to do.This really is one of worst things CCP has done.and all they are going to do, is said the name of Making EVE Great AGAIN,it was great,even with the issues it had,but now I wouldn't even call it EVE. maybe it should be called F2PLY.or the game that used to be called EVE

the other option they had was not to release it ,maybe test it (cause if you did we wouldn't be going through this),there is just too big of problems to say its the game,cause its not its CCP.and they could easy shutdown restore from yesterday and just fix this.psst that's too much for CCP

UPDATE:they continue to spam the massive submit ticket not addressing the issues that ARE KEEPING US from submitting tickets under said accounts that don't have the email,or cell phone or whatnot,and now they want us to include all of our information instead of just letting us in to update our stuff.
My guess is for every 100 or so complaints they will continue to send this out.So they are not fixing this,nor do they care to and in response I will not pay for a game that really doesnot work for me.

So I updated my chrome, went through the website login verification for my alt, waited for the code, and it worked! I was able to login to my alts web account. After that, I added her to the launcher easy-peasy.
