tbh I have a hard time calling what they did cheating given each team dominated the rest of the field all on their own. and they didn't even try to keep a secret about being buddy buddy. Feel bad for all the people that put in work and are getting nothing out of it, if they got duped by leadership. However if they knew I feel less bad.

Ah well. in the end who has what AT ship barely affects me, so I probably barely remember this whole thing by the time ATIV rolls around

CCP said "don't rig matches with the people you test with", Camel & Warlords did just that. They broke the rules CCP laid out and got caught doing it. Saying that you personally don't think it was cheating, doesn't matter considering its CCP who makes the final ruling and this isn't a democracy.

I think it's BS to punish those that didn't have any idea about the cheating. And even though they seem to have colluded amongst themselves they still wrecked everyone else.

A sad, yet not entirely surprising, conclusion to this story. Most of you are decent people and good pilots to begin with. Hopefully some of you will come back without the unnecessary drama next time.

One match from 3 series that wouldn't change the final result anyway? We don't have logs, but we don't need them because PL says it! BAN THEM!

CCP just approved that their rules cost nothing and the entire 'tournament' is just piece of **** to make some content for media and promote their SKINs Online game.

You sound upset. You may need to stop taking internet spaceship pixels so seriously.

Also if you think CCP Logibro is of ill repute and violating the rules his employer has regarding this situation, contact CCP's Internal Affairs as they take these sort of accusations very seriously.

As a participant in the tournament, this is great news! Well done CCP!
It's worth mentioning though that both Hydra and Camel are very good teams and would undoubtedly have made it to the final weekend without collaborating, and it would have made for a more interesting tournament.
I sort of feel bad for the pilots in both teams, they didn't deserve this, as for the team captains, they can go crawl up where the sun never shines. The Alliance Tournament is now a better place.
