Make the Jump Portal (Titan) spawn a colossus mining belt around it's point of origin every-time it activates.

Remove JumpFreighters and make a new T2Freighter(mjd+fleethangar+dock+T2resists).
Remove Cloaky Haulers and the CloakTrick.
Those suffocate the game. Its like Crack/Cocaine/meth: totaly awesome at first and users think they are great.... but after a while its devastating and very unhealthy.

you are caught flying a uninsured destroyer - your fined ISk and have destroyer skill points removed for a week as a punishment

Let people dock up in ships with a ship maintenance bay and come along for the ride, when the ship dies people that are docked die as well.

Anybody with a bounty or negative sec has to change their appearance (hair and clothes) and rename ship to temp remove bounty and sec status .....and if u look like a pirate u get neg sec instantly

everything and everyone back to starter character level.
$0 bank accounts..
all ships replaced with noob ships and get rid of hi sec..

At random every couple hours, the whole Jita system gets hit with a massive Doomsday blast and every ship in system not docked gets destroyed...
