Depot Mode for T3 with 2000m Fleet Hangar making T3 unable to warp/fire/drone, but able to reconfigure their ship using their stocked hangar letting, for example, a legion go from strong logi - spider repper/hams - scanner - drone/vamp or whatever; added bonus of course is if you splat such a ship, you're getting a ******* pinata T3 when it goes.

Continuing the theme, Paint Missiles. used to vandalize ships with wanky custom paint jobs.

On impact, creates a random blotch or splatter somewhere on the hull, according to missile color. Unlimited layers may be applied. Can be scrubbed off by Repair Shop. Only results in a suspect flag (unless you try to vandalize a CONCORD or faction police ship....).

T2 versions produce crudely spray-painted illustrations of genitalia.

(only 97% joking. A no-flag, wash-on-undock, Festival Launcher version could be given to everyone when the Customized Painting feature goes fully live as a way to bring attention to the new features of the rendering engine. Sorry for exceeding one-line limit.)

Reduce heavy drones to 20mb, reduce Isthar and vexor navy Drone Bandwith to 100mb.
Only battleships are able to drop 5 sentry drones.
