blob tax: per second isk is deducted from wallet when you have more than 200 blues in a system. x = 2 power of (n - 200)

And also Highsec doomsdays device. Only instead of killing everything it turns every ship in a CNR and every pilot must complete a lvl 4 mission before being allowed to fly any other ship.

two terrible ideas?

make it so that if u have at least half warp core strength after being scrammed u can still use ur mwd. So if u used one Warp Core Stabilizer and u were scrammed by one person you could mwd but you cannot warp.

and also a module that decreases sig radius
