thanks for reply

i however running tons of other programs in my PC, would it affect the result?
or would be recommended running PROBE alone after fresh boot?

I click start, it makes my screen black, then crashes.....

More specifically, when the CCP 3d application opens after about 3 seconds i get a CCP exefile not responding.

In most scenes, some frames stumbled or were skipped, on pans and zooms. Is that sort of event captured in the logs?

Other programs may affect the performance, yes, so in general it is best to have nothing else going on.

What is up with the naming lately? Lets just name everything after ships in the game, hyperion, kronos, probe. Makes googling for stuff a bit more confusing. Two things in the same universe sharing the same names can cause some confusion :)

I'll just launch some probes from my probe while trying out probe.

I am seeing some crash dumps that indicate that Fraps may be involved. Are you running with Fraps? If so, could you try again without it and let me know if it makes a difference.

Yes, we count the number of frames that take a long time to process. It also affects the average frame time.

Interesting. What version of Fraps are you using? Have you experienced crashes in the EVE client when running Fraps?

Questions: will it work better with, or without three regular EVE clients running? Does it make a distinction between a graphics card already being stressed? What would provide you with the best usable data?

Fraps version is 3.5.99 build 15618

I had crashes on my old computer. i haven't had a single crash with my current one.

P.S I just had a crash on the fireworks bit towards the end; and i had to restart since it locked up >.< About to try run it again

P.PS Just finished running it. you should have the logs.

For now, just run it alone, with as little going on as possible. We may devise tests later on for gauging multi-client performance but that will come later.

I hope it will help you to get rid of the annoying frame stuttering.
