Add a ECM effect to remote transfer modules so that there's a chance you drop out of combat if you receive many armor/shield/cap from logistics.

Seeing the hoary chestnut of the latest iteration of the 'nerf AFK Cloaking / Local' thread got me to thinking... what that mechanic actually needs is a buff.

Introduce that cloaking has an effect on local - when cloaked, a timer starts. When the cloaker leaves the system, their name is then shown in local for the length of time that they were cloaked in-system for. This'll cause two mechanics to be in-play - it would strengthen cloak camping mechanics for cloakies, and would introduce meaningless paranoia for those watching local like a hawk in order for them to resume their ratting.

Confiscated isk (RMT, Booting, perma bans ) is added to player alliance or corporation bounty pool.
If it could be possible , make a separate bounty wallet visible at corporation/alliance
