sounds like a bad idea at first, but could be balanced. Individual POS could get attacked legally by anyone (as wardecs to npc corps are not possible), Don't know whether NPC corp members should be legally able to help defend....

Waiting half a year to implement improvements instead if gradually integrating well needed improvements adding a hard deadline on balances and improvements that dont need to wait as expansions are free and simply considered chapters in eve history.

allow local transponder arrays to be destroyable breaking local in that system. creating blackspots disrupting the local intel channel.
