What would you want to see in the NeX store

So at the moment gamers around the world are throwing fistfuls of cash at star citizen so they can buy a space ship and view it in a currently single player environment (sound familiar).

Personally I've always thought that the main failure of the NeX store was that CCP didn't seem to consider what players might actually want to buy, as opposed to what CCP wanted to sell. Which is why we ended up with clothing rather than cool spaceship related stuff.

So what would you consider buying?

Nothing. Death to microtransactions.

EVE is a game about spaceships and there's an enormous amount of work to do on the in-space gameplay before players (or developers) are ready to sacrifice it for a totally new type of gameplay - CCP Rise

People would pay for unique skin for their ships and unique clothes (hats?!). I don't want golden ammo.

Here's what I would pay for.
Ship skins.
+6 implants (they exist in the database).

Here's what I think would sell... and ruin the game.
Skillpoint reallocations.
Licenses for specific privileges such as premiere real-estate (offices, POS spaces) or reduced clone-jump time
Access to special high-reward missions or agents
Super insurance
Gold items, etc.

There are +6 and +7; +6 is "(Implant Name)- Advanced" and +7 is "(Implant Name)- Elite"

Custom ship reskins.

Anything having an effect on game performance is right out, but being able to, say, put the Guristas color scheme on an Omen? Hell yes I'll do that.

I'd still much rather see color schemes seeded into the game, or bought from a pirate LP store, but hey, can't get everything.

What would I like to see in the NeX Store ?

A sign apologising to customers.

I would totally buy a ship skin that made my Obelisk looks like the Pilsbury Dougboy

Corpses that can decorate your sansha ships. Just put them on the pointy bits.

Stuff you can decorate your CQ with. I mean, who would not be tempted by poster of quafe ultra with nice chick on it.

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

  • Ship skins
  • A black trench coat
  • Jovian related stuffs
  • Various items to make my character look more like a cyborg


Also I would be more willing to actually use the NeX if CCP introduced a payment model that allowed me to throw two or three dollars here and there on an item, instead of spending $20 for what 3300AUR that isn't even enough to buy the things I actually want from the NeX.

Decorative items for the CQ: Furniture swap outs, wall paneling, pictures, model ships,...
More cloths: Coats, overalls, bodygloves, dresses,...
More accessories: Glasses and jewelry, actual gloves, and - of course - more shoes!
Cosmetic items: More hairstyles and tattoos, hair decorations, cybernetic implants,...
Ship decals and logos...

I'd like to see the elimination of NEX or at least the dramatic reduction in cost of everything to about a dollar each. And a pirate hat.

Stuff I'd like to see/buy:

- More and fancier tattoo's. ( sleeves, chest, legs? )
- Ship Skins to make my ships look like from different factions. Minmatar scheme on amarr ships, or angel skins for regular ships etc.
- Other custom ship skins. ( pink stealth bombers! )
- Custom Ship visual effects ( RAINBOW AFTERBURNER looks )
- More clothing options, belly button piercings, hats, jackets, coats, non-tight skirts, more T-shirts with logo's etc. on them.
- Furniture, for in my CQ, so I can add more liveliness to my little pad.
- More WiS related stuff, like furniture etc. for a corporate office, where you could meet/hangout with your corpies in a station and make the room look like you want it to look. Wall hangings, tapestries, tables, chairs, customised videos for on the big screen.
- More hair options, a few more outlandish ones, as well as ponytails.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

lots of them so you can just anchor them on a belt and sit in stn watching the tears in local.

A better choice of clothes designed by players - clothes that really represent each race.

A change in Amarr clothes because they make my butt look FAT!!! Those ridiculous long coats!

Jewelry like: chokers, upper arm bracelets, chunky earings, hair accessories...

NEW hairstyles and colors
