This is my idea , this contain new module , new ship and new NPC

1/ Global

All player in eve can buy a uber ship , for pvp : Machariel or nyx ... , for pve : carrier marrauder or bs faction ... and for mining ? nothing ? Some miner dont have any objectif .... in empire only hulk or mackinanw .... and for 0.0 miner , the rorqual !
They cant have a pimped ship for mining as ratter with my mega pimp nightamare !
I want introduce faction mining updrade ! that can be loot in outer ring in faction npc or with lp !
And mining upgrade and strip miner officier , that can be loot in outer ring too !
That give a new interest for outer ring
And new ship , the ore strategic cruiser ! same materials than clasic t3 and same production ! i think the t3 price will take 20% !
a modular ore ship that can be a mining ship or a salvage ship or a transport ship or a command ship !

2/The ship

i think he must hard to fly , some prerecise .... Exumer 5 transport shuip 4 ore industrial 5 ....


With this subsystem :

-Industry subsystem : -Mining subsystem
-Salvage subsytem
-transport subsytem
-Gaz harvesting subsystem

-defence subsystem : -Buffer shield subsystem 150k ehp
-Actif shielding subsystem tank 700 dps
-Nullifier subsystem reduce mining
-+2 warp strang subsytem

electronique subsystem : -covert subsystem reduce cargo
-range subsystem (more range for mining salvager tractor beam)
-Survey subsystem 150% bonus survey scaner
-Mining foreman subsytem (orca-5% bonus)

Cargo subsystem : - Ore bay subsystem 60k m3
- Cargo hold subsytem 30k m3
-Corporate hangar subsytem
-nano fiber hangar 15k m3 better allign

This is a draft ....

What performance ?
For a ore T3 that fit perfect mining , with t2 fit : hulk yield*2
For a ore T3 with faction mining fit : hulk yield *3
For a ore T3 with officier mining fit : hulk yield *4
For a ore T3 with Mining forman, that can mine and give bonus : hulk yield*1 + orca bonus-5%
For a ore T3 with cloak and nulifier : hulk *1
For a ore T3 with cloka and nullifer and transport : 15m3 cloak nullifier
I think that will a good objective for miner

Nop just create pimped mining ship ! than a pimped vargur for farm or a pimped titan for pvp !
With rating we can win 200m/h
With mining only 24m/h or 36m/h with bonus

You can already pimp out your mining ship. The problem with your idea is minerals prices would plummet & you'd still be complaining about your isk/hr.

I have one character with:
- Exhumers 5
- Ore Industrial 5
- Industrial Command Ship 5
- Transport Ships 5
- Amarr/Caldari/Gallente/Minmatar Industrial 5

Anything can be ganked but that's not the issue here. The issue is that your Tech 3 mining barge would make mining as worthless as it was while drone alloys were still around.

I think you are wrong .... why only one ship can reduce all mineral price ! There are a lot of parameter for mineral price ...

Because when there are several thousand of them, all pulling in four times more minerals than hulks can, you suddenly have four times the amount of minerals on the market, which lowers the prices dramatically.

Because your Mining God Ship has double the yield. Which means that every silly ass miner is going to train into it, and start dumping twice the amount of ore/minerals onto the market. No one is going to pay current prices when that ore is so abundant; those prices will drop, and you will end up selling all your double hauls of ore for about what you are right now. This will not make you any more isk in the long run.

I've been ganking freighters for over a year now & just last week FC'd 7 Orca kills in 6 hours. Tell me more about capitals being hard to suicide gank.

Yes but it's a draft .... only for example
We can have hulk+30% with t2 fit
hulk+60% with faction fit
and hulk *2 for officier fit
