Because your Mining God Ship has double the yield. Which means that every silly ass miner is going to train into it, and start dumping twice the amount of ore/minerals onto the market. We can have hulk+30% with t2 fit
hulk+60% with faction fit
and hulk *2 for officier fit



And then you still slash the prices of minerals on the market, and thus reduce the isk/hr further.

At best your officer module would only be marginally better than the faction module which would only be marginally better than the T2 module because you know, game balance. Also you'd turn yourself in to a very attractive ganking target.

Titans & Super Carriers are the only capital ships that require a Capital Ship Assembly Array, so no.

No attractive target because with a buffer sub you will have a lot of effectif hp and with the amplification nod you will tank in 0.0
and with more player and more capital in the game the mineral consuption will better

Why ratter can have 5b+ nightmare as me who can solo 10/10 and miner can have a pimped ship that up their performance ?

Here you go, boss. I got you a fit to get you started on your trip to bling, until they put Officer Mining Rat spawns in the game for you to kill. It requires a 3% PG implant at all V, but it also costs 3.9bil according to EFT, so you should be able to affford that. I got you some buffer and a little active tank going, and when your other miner buddies see your KM, they'll know that you're not just rolling in Veldspar, but shitting gold bricks, too.
