Btw to anyone who does drive a prius :

Just so you know, to produce that car, it is DOUBLE the carbon footprint of any other car being produced. That means it would take an extra 6 years to actually be EQUAL to the amount of emissions a normal petrol car gives out.

I thought that it had to do with the 600 lb battery full of heavy metals that eventually lead to its higher foot print.

You have taste, although I'd prefer the Manta A myself. Currently I'm stuck driving a baby SEAT, my other car a '73 mk1 Escort lives in my brothers garage and is about 3/4 restored, albeit with a Zetec under the bonnet mocked up to look like a BDA.

as a bmw driver i guess this is all a matter of perspective.

if i come along down the left side of the autobahn i have the right of way on my lane.

and if someone decides to pull into my lane with his scrub mobile 50m in front of me and 80kph slower, he should expect to see me pretty furious after i dropped an anchor to not park into your boot.

If you're driving on the left hand side of the autobahn you're driving on the wrong side of it, if however you're in the left hand lane of the autobahn you're passing slower traffic, and you're meant to drop back into one of the other lanes to your right once you've done so. If you don't you're technically breaking the law. At least that was the case when I attended fahrschule back in the 80's.

youre mixing up rechtsfahrgebot with vorfahrt.

the car that is on the lane has right of way but if you can drive at your current speed on the right lane, you gotta do that.
