Pyfa 1.1.12 has been released.
Changes:


  • fix the market bug introduced with 1.1.11
  • add a new preference setting to color slots by type
  • Fix salvage drones operation skill: the bonus is additive, not multiplicative
  • Update the database to be up to date with retribution 1.0.2 (only really relevant for capital fleet boosting, though)

1. T2 HAMs don't show the explosion velocity and radius.
2. Guided Missile Precision isn't applying to any variety of HAMs, Torpedos, or Rockets.

Bug (or me being stupid): so i'm building a Hyperion with rail gun. I'm using the exact same modules, yet the ranges of both my gun and targeting range are a lot less.

Pyfa range: 115km
EVE range: 72km

i don't know enough of the inner working of range mechanics to really help, sorry.

Suggestion:
Remove, or have an option to hide, the "All 0" unskilled character.

Maybe I'm just missing something, but since when would use of a zero-skilled character ever be useful? In EFT, there's an option to hide this unskilled character from the list. This seems to make sense, though I can't see it ever actually being needed in the first place.

Another few suggestions after trying the slot-coloring option on the new version:
- The ability to change the colors used for the slot coloring would be great. This is additionally useful if different OS/UI color schemes are used.

- Also, an option to slot-color the modules in the market results list. This is useful when doing a search and multiple modules come up, helping to visually separate the one(s) you want from the ones you don't. (as per EFT)

- Finally, in addition to the above, a option to slot-color ONLY the market results list and not the fitting loadout list. This serves several benefits (especially when coupled with other options) to reduce noise on the visual design.

On a side note, I know it had been requested before, but was there any progress/thought given to having a feature to separate the high/mid/low slots with divider lines? The visual representation and readability would improve greatly from this.

Rigs and implants are still not having any affect on heavy assult missles. Thanks for a great ship fitting program, I have missed using it.

Yeah, HAMs in general need a closer looking at, realized that when I started checking on what was wrong yesterday. Scheduled for this weekend.

The metastasis rigs don't change the tracking of the DLP, and in general don't affect energy weapons at all.

I have the exact same problem with release 1.1.12 on Ubuntu. Stable source download yielded the above error, but git checkout worked fine.

The UI freezes up (apparently unrecoverably) when I attempt to view the market group of a propulsion mod.

The terminal gives me:

You're using 1.1.11, this should be fixed in 1.1.12. Please check if this is the case and get back to me :)
I can't reproduce the segfault, either.

UPDATE on downtime: cancelled for now, will happen at a later date

I'm still waiting for a web based EVE fitting tool (and/or EVEMON like character tracking tool).

Good job on this one though :)
