    I'd say it has more to do with the distance between Deklein and HBC member space, the fact that they are not on the 'reimburseable regions' and Goon laziness.

    Why fly literally all the way out to Querious to shoot bads when we have JBs all the way to Syndicate, Cobalt Edge, Venal, Geminate and the Dronelands?
