Legal action no, it was in terribly poor taste, but legal action takes it too far. I do wish however that he does publicly on a wide scale have to suffer for such actions, not just inside the walls of eve. If the team captain of a successful soccer club used that position to encourage every player in the league to send emails to a player trying to get them to kill themselves, it wouldn't be waved off as a joke in bad taste.

Sorry, but they do in fact review the presentations before hand, the depth of that review may be "Does it have dicks in it? No? Ok its good run it", but they review it.

Perhaps the review is the issue and not the player.

The WIS is a Mittani ALt He even got the WIS hat at the panel in full view. The social media is unrolling exactly like the last leaked email scam that provoked the riots. MO is exactly the same, Just the names have been changed.

I expect CCP to take full responsability and to perma ban without appeal, tommorow my purpose shall be posting to every new agency I can find with links to the current 'gamer site ' stories and my copy of the offending tape.....

What is scary is some of these basement dwellers really think this behavior is "ok" IRL; they actually belive it.

Those who are like 12 year old boys have an excuse, they are just in that phase boys go through before they "discover" girls when they want to just destroy stuff because it is fun.

The rest just really made asses of themselves.

Think for him is worse to apologize than to get involved in legal actions.

FYI, GoonSwarm is far more successful at careers than you sperglords. For example, Stoffer and Darius Johnson partially owe their likelihoods to GoonSwarm that got them jobs at CCP. I'm a government contractor, Mittani's a retired lawyer, RoyOfCA was an Army veteran (Before Raiden drove him to kill himself), etc.

For me the issue at the heart of this is whether or not the comments made by The Mittani after the presentation during the Question and Answer phase constituted a breach of conduct in some manner. If it did, then he should be removed from the CSM.

Is the issue for you that he read out loud a series of mails that the Goons received over the past year?

If so, why focus on one of the mail messages in particular?
