VAERT EvE ISK => RL money donations Emergency Relief Initiative

Please consider liquidating the investment only after CCP confirms the charity drive.
If they don't, as RAW23 noted, VAERT gets some tangible benefits from the interests.
If Grendell sends the ISK and CCP does not confirm, the VAERT bylaws and articles of incorporation forbid giving it back, so the interest derived income stream would be lost.

Indeed. We need to hear from CCP first and it would be a shame to lose this great income stream if they don't go ahead with this one. Mind you, if they don't go with this one I've got to wonder if they ever will ...

I am receiving donations for the Philippines and I am updating the donations list.

While I am very glad seeing so many people's generosity, I have to warn everybody that by VAERT bylaws, it's impossible to ever take away any ISK if not to send them to CCP (as PLEXes) or closing down the fund itself.

Therefore if CCP won't confirm the Philippines charity drive, I can't reimburse anything.

Take this into account before you send further donations.

Passing the thin barrier between game and RL once again!

I have now started a charity drive among my fellow RL traders friends that belong to a private trading community.

While I silently sgnatched a number of PLEXes the second the news became public, I foresee they will greatly rise in the next days.

However I still have ISK to spend on them.

If somebody with high Jita standings could please buy me some and contract them to me, I will gladly pay halfway sell - buy orders of Jita IV CNAP price to him.

Edit -- First four on contract. I'll send the other over as and when they come in. I'm afraid I can't camp the buy orders today due to work pressures but will update the orders regularly.
