When installing PI, the PG bar is very, VERY difficult to see. Dark red on a dark red background? good one.

Do you even test that stuff you manufacture???

During the last update there were a hugh amount of bugs on tranq. And now its the same...

Servers are not able to manage the amount of acounts, required keys expire in like 10secs....

Standard Cerebral Accelerator activated 2 days ago dissapeared from my booster list , it should be good for 33 days longer.
I see this is a recurrent bug, should i open a ticket or something is being worked already?

Also on first run , the launcher refused to die , had to kill it with my bare hands and the Task Manager. Afterwards , the launcher died as expected.

My e-mail is verified but I'm still getting the "Not verified" message when trying to login on my main account.

I knew I should have read the forums/updates before signing back up this morning. I didn't realise a big patch was dropping an hour later....

Two accounts on one email. Received code for one, few hours passed and the second one is still locked as no email came for it. Can't see other issue than the mailing server not sending emails What?

After global update i can't download the update.
I thought reinstalling the game will help, but it did not help. Now, after open the launcher it won't download the game.

Any decisions?

Put there some info of how many skill points are needed to level up .

For now you'll have to use EVEMon or similar to work that out, CCP are aware of this and said it's not a bug but intentional for the moment and the design will be updated in the future.

I asked in rookie help on a new account earlier and CCP replied saying it was a known issue they're working on and any missing SP etc. will be reimbursed automatically when fixed. All accelerators (Standard/Prototype Cerebral, Blood Raiders, etc.) were deactivated when the expansion went live.

I have 2 accounts linked to the same email. Fortunately I was able to verify my main but when I try to verify my alt, no email is ever received.

Same issue, solved now though. Not sure it was the ticket I filed, server woke up or it was just spamming launcher but it finally came.

I have 7 accs on one email. First i was able to verify 4 of them through the launcher. Then it stops and i was not able to start a single account. There seems to be a problem with more then 1 account on one email adress.

I have made a Support ticket and got a verification code for my alt, but this verification code didn´t work for Login in the game and ít didn´t work for Login to tjis Website.

When trying to select a large object (such as a station), why do we now have to click the tiny little icon in the very centre instead of anywhere on the model?

I lost skill points from the training queue!
About 2 days worth!

Finished training last skill: 2016.11.14 - 04:01

Now training Shield Upgrades to lvl4

With my attributes should take ~1 day 7 hours
Hence - should had been done at ~2016.11.15 - 04:12

It's now 2016.11.15 - 18:47 and I still have 18 HOURS left to train this skill!!!

I've lost about 2 days of training time!

It seems to have borked some skills. On one of my characters its its got 548,381 points in small energy turret when max is 256,000 and put my training back! Same with this character its messed up.

I created a ticket where said that I not receiving email verification for account. Account my and email my... I have acces to my email. For EVE account too, but cannot get in because of verification.

I create a ticket... And describe that cannot verificate... Then I got respond that says that i should update ticket... But I CANNOT login (because of verification) to update the ticket.... What I should do? =\ Do your GMs know how YOUR verification works? :)

Launcher errors out. It's set to English and according to "Known Issues and Solutions" I am supposed "set it to Default" .
I go to the launcher settings and the word "Default" does not exist.
Next?

The fix for me was to log in and out of my gmail account in chrome as my account and a few other apps in chrome were out of date. I then logged in through my browser to account management before re adding my account in the launcher.
