So, are we going to get POS mod changes like were referred to in the long-distance travel blog? I need to redo my towers sometime for other reasons, and I want to make a plan on how I'm going to go about doing that.

Are the invention changes going in as explained in the dev blog? There were a bit of suggestions to change a few things there that we never heard back on.

One of the reasons I have unsubcribed my accounts was the inability to gain access to the internet regularly. With the unlimited skill que now I that is one less reason preventing me sending CCP my money

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

you got me at the unlimited skill queue part.

was thinking it might be a troll or April Fool comes early.

+1 for unlimited queue

not so enthusiastic regarding the jump changes - would been happy if the range is not changed but keeping the fatigue

CCP forgot ONE important thing - TIME

the amount of time your players has when playing . i said this on the indy changes on TE/invention/manufacturing time

i see this as a nerf to our playtime. most of us want to get as much as stuff done on our limited playtime.

With unlimited skill queues, could we possibly see in the near future the option to train a skill to 5 instead of having to inject several times?

Ah, very nice. Some surprises in there too. If you can keep up to this standard every 6 weeks, then I'm sure you'd make a lot of eve players very happy. I would have liked you to go further with the jump range changes, but i'll settle with limiting capital movement for now.

BTW, any ETA on the recon/covert/blacktops/T3 rebalance. A lot of people are eagerly awaiting those changes.

some good stuff ... no ship balancing??? module tiercide???

after the first round of module Teiricide I'm not sure I want to see more quite yet.

I would tend to agree - the results from the first round of module tiericide were disappointing.

Indeed. I was very much looking forward to it, and now I'd rather see module tiericide on the back burner now after the first dev blog.

Instead of unlimited skill queue, why not make it so you get to queue skills for as much time you paid for.

This way people still have commitments to the game and not just set it and forget it.

It also means people who paid up front for a year gets the better reward of queuing for a year, than the person who paid for a month, and he only gets to queue 2 Cruiser V's.

So many changes... How about Micro PLEX? Sometimes the new players want or need a few extra days till payday. Having a few Micro PLEX to sell them would be cool. May even take some of the pressure off full PLEX. Day PLEX, Week PLEX, Month PLEX, and other multi-PLEX. Just a thought.

Great set of changes. Although the new water-cloaking effect is a bit odd Lol. The nebula changes are questionable to me as well but I'll wait and see before judging that.

What does that add to the game though? Commitment to drag something left-to-right isn't really compelling gameplay. While one can argue the same can be said about PI or industry, those things affect other players. As in, skill queue affects only me, but PI affects the market.

Brighter Nebula is not good.

I already have a hard time seeing the status of modules, etc... having to rotating around to find some dark enough space to see what is happening on my UI.

Brighter nebula will just make it worse.

Hard to see if modules are activated or not, over heat status, overview, etc.... if the background is to bright.

Nebulas are already too bright.....space SHOULD be DARK and cold.

+1 for the unlimited queue

people are happy about unlimited skillqueue when it allows Greyscale to preemptively nerf trends, after 99% of EVE players let on exactly what they'd like to fly thru the end of time.

great but lets take it a step further... hey seagull.. wanna know what would really get more folks into playing this game? its easy..

with unlimited skill que finally becoming a reality after how many years I may ask? why don't you come up with a way to increase skills training time?? yeah speed it up!!

plex for speed training! or something!.. a skill for speed training! that's it!.. no one wants to sit around waiting till the day your skill pops!.. make it happen!..

Okay this kind of took me by surprise. Unlimited skill queues.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but the original implementation of the skill system had only 1 skill at a time and it was designed like that for a reason. Then we got an improvement with the 24 hour skill queue, which was also limited to 24 hours for that very same reason.

When and why did the design ideals for EVE change so much? And more importantly, where are you drawing the line? The skills are the backbone of this game. And I've already seen requests for injecting skills that don't meet pre-reqs yet. How long before we make that ever so small jump to speeding up skill training or giving in to the ultimate whine: re-allocating your skillpoints every so often?

Not sure if I'm liking the precedent this change is implying. No matter how awesome it may be.

Long distance travel changes - the Updated version that allows JFs to Jump over the regional Gaps is good.
Unlimited skill queue - Pure Awesomeness
Multiple Market Sell Order Creation - Haven't had a look at this yet, I hope it is as good as it sounds
Bookmarks in space and more in the Sensor Overlay - Seen this and it is awesome.
New Invention - Mixed feelings on this one, will wait to actually use it
New and rebalanced exploration rewards - Haven't seen it, hope that it is good.
New Notifications - Been using the beta, seems good so far, although the duplication of Skill training completed events is a tad weird
Mission Objectives Guidance - Sounds interesting
New cloaking effect versions for Covert and Prototype cloaks - Not seeing the difference here, I assume that there is meant to be a difference between the 4 images, but I'm not seeing it.
Different icons for armor and hull reps and cynos and covert cynos - This sounds good
Scanner window separation - Not sure why this is needed, I've never had to use any of them at the same time, I'll probably just leave mine stacked
Better ways into Expeditions - You like to tease don't you
EVE XML API updates - Changes require changes makes sense
Brighter Nebulas - ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? It's already hard enough to find a dark section of space to put the UI over so you can read it/tell the state of Modules etc
New sounds for structures - Obligatory Eve has sound?
Trial account upgrade improvements - Trial accounts get to experience more of the game, ok

I dont like the idea of making the space even brighter.

Its actually not bad on Sisi right now. Things are brighter, but not the blinding fashion like those things that were/are in the Blood "The Blockade" mission, If I remember right.

Been a few years since I've done missions.

Edit: Almost like semi-bright clouds in space. At least where I'm at atm. No need for sunglasses, so far.
