B) But what about moving all the cyno alts? Or the need for twice as many cyno alts?

If you live deep down in 00 (ie. after Phoebe more than 2 mids away from Low sec), you then must depend on others and cannot do your logistics alone anymore. Yay for more forced encouraged cooperation and risk when you chose (allowed yourself the laps to trust/depend on) the wrong cyno person and have a Suddenly Spaceships experience on your carrier/JF in midspace. But more cooperation and less lone-warriors is definitely a more pronounced and overt requirement to live in deeper Sov 00 or many NPC 00.

So, it's your game to play however you want, until you choose to exclude others.

Because screw self reliance, moving multi-billion isk defenseless ships in a game full of sociopaths and thieves should be a community activity. So take gates, because we, the developers, want you loosing things through no fault of your own. /sarcasm

In the hopes you will buy plex to replace what was no longer worth 7 bill in the first place.

From the formless void's gaping maw, there springs an entity.  Not an entity such as any you can conceive of, nor I; an entity more primordial than the elements themselves. In its wake there will follow a storm, as the appetite of nothing expands over the world. The Prophecy is true. Grayscale has come.

For me this will be a nerd to al the third party escalation hot dropping in low sec. Might just need to fight it out with what you have locally. Fewer annoying bat phones that are essentially unfair for low sec structure bashes, roams and local good fights.

I don't care so much about null sec, and as a sub cap pilot, I think it's warranted that it take longer to get between long distances. Capital mobility has been OP for a while, from my perspective.

Congrats, CCP, for having the ball to shake things up.

So, earlier this year I had to abandon my business plan to bring minerals to 0.0 from HiSec via compression through various modules that were then recycled. I had added accounts to have an alt corp in hisec, secured a POS in hisec, populated it with the needed POS modules, secured the BPO's, researched the ME/PE for them to my liking, trained up JF pilots, added accounts and trained up my cyno chain crew, scoured the markets to get the best prices I could for minerals and freightered my purchases to the POS... CCP nerfed the compression business.

So, I adapt to now just compress raw ore at the POS (so I have to go back and start buying raw ore and ship that bulky crap) and start to ship those compressed blocks to 0.0 (never mind the multiple Billions of ISK worth of minerals I have stockpiled for the previous business plan that CCP nerfed for me) and now my cyno chain is null and void? I can not run multiple accounts of JF to haul what I need to haul in the time frame I have to haul it?

Don't tell me to work with others, this WAS my Eve and I played it the way I wanted to, not the way you or anyone else say I should play it. SANDBOX? Bull ****!!

I am done. I started EVEOnline in March of 2009.

Six accounts unsubscribed today, effective between November 16 - 17 depending which account.

Pulling POS and modules down, parking them in station.

No, the stuff is just going to rot in station, ya can't have it.

See ya, one more moon slot for someone actually worth using it

God the tears in this thread are delicious.
Guess what, if you're in an alliance of over 1000 people and own space, you don't have any business doing "logistics" to highsec at all. Sort your **** out in your own space. If you choose to anyway, it should hurt.

Or did you think CCP was going to move industry to null just by punishing "carebears" in highsec lmao.

TO be fair there are minerals and such that are literally borderline non existant in null sec, they use highsec to move those minerals up to compensate they sell the ones they have in excess, simple one hand washing the other mechanics. But honestly once they fix that issue Null could become a serious of Iron lines with completely self sufficent mining operations and construction

For those of you who are weekend pilots,

Here is what has been brought up already.

1. Taking territory as range is nerfed then places like Deklin and Stain become fortresses as it is too far to jump.
2. you can see capitals coming from 100 miles away now.
3. moving stuff to and from empire
4. Pod jumping has been addressed and HAS been updated in the dev blog, but refinement is still needed.
5. People have suggested various forms for scaling jump range.
6. People have suggested various forms for scaling fatigue
7. CCP Has addressed the maximum fatigue issue and will be setting a max cap
8. Everyone has suggested a different decay rate
9 Everyone IS RAGE QUITTING
10. Everyone is resubbing
11. Most alliances are currently buying up large amounts of capitals and stationing them in strategic location for fast responses.
12. CCP WANTS more feed back on black ops.
13. Your mom.
14. How good the tears taste.
15. THIS IS SPARTA! for pages 299-305.
16. Several people calling people who have played EvEtwice to 3 times as long noobs.
17. People posting maths to show CCP better methods for fatigue, decay and jump range.
18. Lots of people saying can i has stuff please?
19. Moon goo in 0.0 vs low sec.

Ok That recaps about the first 310 pages of posts. Join us this weekend for more tears and more love!

Also, dont forget to voice your opinions on module tiericide and how the new names suck.

Edit - for everyone quitting, please contract me all of your stuff, rest assured I will take good care of it or use it all up playing poker.

I feel like everyone is freaking out over something that isn't even being tested right now. This is their current idea for what they are planning, yes however, its not on test servers yet so they have no way of actually seeing it play out in any form other then simulations. Which we all know never show the true form. Eve players have always pushed the limits of CCP's code and gameplay mechanics. So of course a simulation will not show them everything that is going to result from this. So instead of freaking out and saying you quit offer ideas and be calm. Wait for everything to get on the test servers cause only then will we all be able to see how the idea will play out and if it doesn't it gives CCP a chance to quickly change the restrictions before its released. The majority of you all are freaking out over an idea on paper and its stupid. All in all talk is cheap give them ideas and wait for actions!!!!

Actually they did this long before it hit the test server to get feed back so they can refine everything. Believe me if they didnt do this now and waited till it hit the test server things would have been 1000 times worse.

I don't use the test server so I have no idea. I feel like it it will be on there fairly soon with all this negative feedback from the community they will want to get people testing it to see what works and what doesn't asap.

We don't need to wait for it to hit the test server to figure some stuff out. If you are moving stuff for an alliance it will likely take many, many jumps meaning fatigue can be a serious impediment unless logistics is done differently.

It is something CCP should consider though...we play this game to have fun. Here, you do the math...you are your alliances Logistics Guy™. You have to move 10,000,000 m3 out to your space. You have a JF. You have two JF alts, you can swap the JF at a mid point and you have two cyno alts and each jump is 4 LY. How much extra time will fatigue impose on you assuming you wait for fatigue to go down to 0 after each jump?

Give me a ball park number on how many extra hours it would take to get that job done...then tell me what you think the fun factor would be?
