I'm going to pick this apart, being a veteran player and all. The average newbie doesn't have much isk. I, as a veteran, have much isk. So one with common sense would think "well what's the benefit of someone with much isk taking isk from someone with little isk?" Well you see, it's not really worth my effort. I take advantage of idiots, not noobs. Most veterans actually understand that new players are required to keep this game alive, and are very accommodating to newbies. Willing to teach them, hook them up with free ships (albiet usually fairly cheap ones, but free is free). Ship bumping I partially agree needs some fixes. Namely because it's a warp disruptor without aggression, which can spell death for freighters. As far as all the points in number 3. Welcome to eve.


Edit: Also, just because you declare something an exploit, doesn't make it an exploit. I would agree if there was no way to detect it, no risk involved, etc. However it is very easy to detect by looking at that market history tab. And there is significant risk involved, billions at a time actually. If set up incorrectly a margin scammer can actually get counter scammed.

The standards of CSM is a non-disclosure pact with CCP.... other than that... I don't think there are any mandatory standards.

This is allowed. They are not your representatives, they are not looking out for you, and they have no obligation to be or do anything related to the player base.

I voted for Malcanis because he is knowledgable and he says what is on his mind. He has spoken of his vision for the game and will push for those vision when CCP get their odd ideas. The CSM is there to protect the game. IMO
