These guys apparently came out just to blow up my jaguar for a client. That's either real boredom or real commitment to a contract. If only I had been flying my jaguar at the time... Straight

Seriously you need to train one. It'a awesome watching them develop into players. I started my son off with simple courier runs and he already has a few explorer kills in wspace and can run l4s :)

Manufacturing cost? That depends somewhat on the blueprint you are working with, but generally one can expect to shell out for dinner, perhaps a movie, some mood lighting and maybe a little Barry White (mp3's are commercially available).

Development time is roughly 9 months regardless of blueprint.

Researching the blueprint can be done at varying prices in innumerable venues worldwide. You may find a google search appropriate as well. There's a possibility you already have a suitable BPO. Check your peer group.
