Jesus, seems like there is no lack of whiners and crybabies these days. The new crimewatch will be just fine, and I personally welcome the chance to kill more people for attacking me simply by can flipping.

Lets be real though, the EHP buffs on exhumers haven't made it any harder to gank, tbqh. I can still solo kill a Hulk in a 0.5 with a T2 blaster fitted Catalyst. I usually do it with friends anyways, because you know...share the joy!

But lets look at the premise of your argument. If you did something to someone in highsec that gets them to aggress you, you've already become a Suspect and subject to attack from everyone anyways, regardless if you kill them and take the loot. Most highsec carebears are too cowardly to try to fight you anyways, but if they do it'll probably be in a terribad fit ship. This will only lead to more kills by those who know what their friggen doing.

I'm personally welcoming the changes to lowsec small gang warfare. No more stupid 15 minute GCC just for shooting someone is really nice, and the fact that you can roam with logi so much easier is even better.

Perhaps you need to drop your sack a little, leave highsec, and learn to come pvp in lowsec. It's finally going to be worth it again!

CCP Soundwave gave a good talk during Eve Vegas about how he'd eventually like to get rid of Concord all together and have the players be the police in Eve. He also mentions how the "Circle of Dickery" is their ideal goal where causing harm entices revenge, thus making a domino effect and completing the circle.

I believe that this will actually bring more pvp into highsec.
Just imagine, all the systems are filled with can flippers who can shoot each other freely. Of course it might put a dent into ganking a freigther and looting it then, as the looter can be shot by everyone, but you can adapt to that by being quick with the loot and warping off.
The usual can flippers might not be able to securly kill noobs anymore, but I hope that this will somewhat revive frig pvp in the form of can flippers fighting all over the place against each other, which is a lot more interesting for everyone. If the stupid barge is not willing to take the flip, you will still be able to find targets, or be found.

Good bye pvp eve and say hello to wow in space. This truly would be the final nail in the coffin so 2013 could be the last year of eve?

Which is another way of saying like it or lump it but never complain about it. One of the worst Mems out there bit like the word "Sandbox" which is fine until you figure an actual way to play in a real sandbox way and it either gets nerfed or you get banned for a exploit.

You are still never safe when you undock and never will be. The only thing changing is that other people can shoot you for being a bad now. Its no longer "undock find someone to gank, gank, Scoop loot rinse repeat". If they have to watch out for you. Why shouldn't you have to watch out for them? Being a bit one sided are you not?



You say zone as if you just logged off of WoW. I suggest reloggin. While also promoting piracy and doing bad things to people . CCP will be promoting policing, And bounty hunting. Add those to the list of "things to do within eve". More player creatable content we shall call it

I had some time to think about it. First I was sceptic and only saw the downsides...but I think pvp will benefit a lot of the new Crimewatch...not only in highsec.
