Actually, FW farming is taking a huge nerf.

These nerfs where not at the behest of the CSM though were they?

Bears don't care. As long as that wallet keeps flashing, they are oblivious.

Not only that, but if they REALLY cared, Goons wouldn't have a single sov system because the high sec swarms of misison running ravens and super pimped incursion Nightmares would be raping them nightly.......

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but if not then that's just sad.

English new to you?

The point is all those high sec people spouting how the game is mostly high sec players (It isn't, but that's what they suggest) should be spending the time they lose complaining to grouping together and killing the Goons and co, who are a MINORITY compared to them.

The fact is, the devlopers made the game to center on player generated content, which mostly means null sec, an the people who don't like null sec are just blowing wind on the forums because they know they can't really change that.

No, I'm just not very good with sarcasm. I have this weird paradoxical thing going where sometimes the more obvious your sarcasm is, the less likely I am to get it.

The last CSM summit took place before the patch with the FW overhaul was released. I somehow doubt that they were going to predict the farming.

Let's face it, it took CCP more than a year to fix vanguard farming. This is getting fixed much quicker.

Since all members of the CSM are brought in in a popular vote it is doubtfull that there will ever be a HI SEC representative because the game play in HI SEC does not necessitate a large Alliance like NULL SEC does. Worm Hole & lo sec FW have to bind together also to stay alive so I see how they'd also have an advantage in voting in CSM reps...
If CCP or the CSM did want true HI SEC representatives they'd have to change the election process which I admitt is not easy becausehow do you figure out a persons residence in Eve? There are no real homes we're abunch of nomads for the most part. Maybe if CCP made voting a 2 part question: where is your home system & who do you want elected then we could get sector representatives instead of a pure popular vote but of course ifit was done voluntarily it'd be ripe for gaming.

I don't see what the problem is.

If you don't vote you don't get representation.

They weren't decided on at the CSM summit, but CCP has been getting feedback from the CSM asking FW farming to be nerfed. See Hans Jagerblitzen's blog: http://hansshotfirst.blogspot.com/. You won't find him complaining about the proposed changes, I don't think.

Sometimes to keep a gameplay style viable, balanced and fun, you have to nerf its profitability.

lol then why is TECHnetium been such a profitable unnerfed bottle neck ever since I startedplaying the game years ago?
I'll answer it for you: because the head of the CSM was the owner of nearly all the TECH MOONsNow that he is not theTECH nerfs ( ie alchemy & pushing of ring mining ) has begun!

Someone dropped the ball there hard. My statement applies there too, but somewhere along the line CCP decided it didn't. At least they're doing something about it now?

I have no idea how alchemy works, and I am completely uninterested in sov warfare and moon mining, so I can't really comment in depth.

1) Sandbox means that they get to play the game the way they want to, not the way you want them to.

2) Their $15 is worth just as much as yours. Unbelievable, I know.

3) Your qualifiers for what makes someone a "kid" are interesting.

What does it say that someone playing for 6 years is still afraid to leave hi-sec when somne noob like me flourishes here? Oh, yeah, it says they aren't deserving of representation and their opinion on the game means exactly ****

I started researching into alchemy & had a plan to implement it but after looking at all the trainning I'd need to pull it off I figured that only a few months later ring mining would be implemented ( although that seems to get pushed back all the time... sounds like a major new mechanic & CCP is treading lightly eventhough the TECH issue is a BIG problem )

I hear rumors that the old drone region russians have staked claims on quite a few cobalt moons & wish them all the luck if true on geting it set up quickly

Also it appears from the way this thread is moving the general lack of CSM represtation of pilots in HI SEC is lacking

You do realize that the people on the CSM are VOTED in right?

If you want a rep get off your asses and vote. You have no reason to be crying about not having a rep if that many of you live in high sec you should no problem what so ever voting in whoever you want.

Yes but the popular vote we got don't work because its results are NOT representative. We need an electoral voting system in Eve

We don't need an electoral system, we need smarter posters from high-sec. Let me tell you OP, that person isn't you.

How come ?I think you need to understand that mayor difference from null and high sec is that people in null play as team.High sec are mostly people that play solo and they dont give f.... about voting.I can bet 90% dont know there is voting at all.

Nothing is wrong with that ,only thing that is wrong is age of pilots that can vote.I am totally ok that null sec people are in CSM ,cause they mostly are making content in this game. Not you not me they are.People are getting lured to EVE cause of stories how this game is harsh not cause people looking at roids or doing missions.I am still high sec player and I dont have any problem if they nerf it to ground.Well who cares game evolves that is it.

Anyway you cant blame null sec people cause they vote,it is not their fault that high sec people are with no organization or any that would look like team work.CCP guard high sec people cause of their lack of any kind of teaming up.Saying that you should not whine at all about any ,cause lets face it name me one high sec organization or alliance that represent people from empire.
