why don't minerbears just fly with logi?

Have one member of your Corp switch to flying a Logi Ship, either Basi, Dominix, or Rokh. Make it their job to rep whoever's getting ganked if you all didn't manage to get out.

Or pay someone out of corp.

Mostly likely it would be something like 20 mil / hour because it's very boring.

If you're in a Sov holding alliance, why are you mining in HS again?

Anyway, I suggested that you have one of your corpmates (the guys you mine with) switch to a healing bat (Rokh with shield reps). Tah Dah.

Someone doesnt know what the word "alpha" represents when ganking. Doesnt matter how many logi you have when you can put out more alpha than a ship can take in a single volley.

Flying logi with exhumers is pointless, you would need at least a 5 to 1 logi to exhumer bias making any such fleet uneconomic.

Just looking forward to seeing who the Goons are going to use as whipping boys when they run miners out of the game.

It's not like they are likely to do something interesting like reset their pets and go for a real fight that might entail more than mashing the F1 button.

And it takes 4 Tornados to reliably Alpha a tanked Hulk. Those 4 Tornados cost around 70m each (or 280m total) to lose. Thus they're not a profitable gank.

One Rokh fitted with 8 M4 large reppers renders any gank on field uneconomical. You could have 7 Hulks locked up at a time. That means you only need 1 Rokh per 7 miners to be perfectly safe. For a little more risk, go Sebos in the Mids and use the watchlist, 1 Rokh per 15 Hulks. All the Rokh has to do is pay attention and start repping the ship being ganked while the rest of the fleet warps off. With a little more risk, you can rely on your miners noticing the gank and broadcasting if they're the target, allowing for a ratio of 1 rokh per 250 Hulks (assuming you can cram them all w/in 8.4km of the Rokh.

Tanking a hulk 'properly' can be done in different ways imho. Aside from the usual omnitank, miners can focus their tank on Catalyst ganks for example :

Yeah, very easy task to take moon from Goons or PL when they have supercap gatecamps everywhere.
