I was outside a station testing stuff. Decided to dock and got

"17:35:12 Notify You cannot navigate that way with the selected object as it is too far away. Try moving in its direction instead."

I was 100 km away. Got this message for the approach, dock and orbit buttons. Seems to require being more than 85 km away. CCP: New intended behavior, or bug?

Edit: Nevermind. Some weird glitch. It was only happening with one station and relogging cleared it. I cannot reproduce.

Failed again....
The only escalation in this patch is price escalation and it makes the game worse,

higher prices = less carnage = less fun

Why harm mineral supply to the market? Reducing the mineral supply makes life worse for many through increased prices.
Why remove so much mineral supply from the game with no compensation from other routes.
ie. If you take out t1 modules from loot and take out rogue drone loot then mineral supply will drop significantly, have mining yields been improved to compensate?.... No. It would make mining more profitable (greater isk/hr) and help keep prices down
So now lots of players who want to blow ships up are going to have to grind even more hours to cover their own loses.
More bore less fun.

Ah the good old days when T2 cruisers were under 100mil, i remember them well.

Patch notes:
All common Rogue Drones will no longer drop alloys and will instead have bounties in line with other NPCs.

Above is false. Drones do not drop anything(Malpais). Bounties are not even 50% of regular rats.

drones:
BS class - between 480-560K
Cruiser class - 150K

Angels:
BS class - between 1.5mil-700K

Is this going to be fixed?

Ok. Hopelessly longwinded rant coming:

How can NPC Rats suddenly stop dropping "un named" t1 modules, yet continue to drop the named variations? It just kills the realism of ratting in the way that,

A) a Named t1 module will survive the destruction of the ship, where a un-named version wont, (then why doesn't the named versions have extra hp/overload damage resistance bonus to show some hint that they are more hardy and therefore more likely to survive when the ship they are mounted on 'splodes because you have shuvved a rail gun round through it)
B) The rats themselves, though dropping named modules do not seem to be equiped with the modules when alive and trying to kick your head in. (for example, I killed a Guristas Cruiser that was firing rails at me earlier, only to find a named Blaster Question)

It also effectively cuts down a source of income for mission runners, explorers and ratters as the missions arn't that well paid anyway. 700+k isk for a level three mission (sometimes less) with a 500-800k bonus and maybe bounty prizes, when you are risking at least a BC worth 55m before fitting!. The loot and salvage (ok, built up over time) when sold or reprocessed keeps the wallets of the mission runners going so that they can afford to take the risk!.

If you are going to do this, increase bounty prizes, and Mission rewards to match the risk put in. Honestly, sometimes i see a mission that could easily cost me upwards of 70m if I lose the ship I am using with a MEESLEY reward of just over 1m. I wouldn't care if you needed to tweak the ratings system so it took longer to get to the higher paid missions, but seriously this IMO is an issue that IS NO WHERE NEAR sorted by simply cutting out something that, over time gives mission runners a bigger payout than the last ten missions they ran.

Id post more, but I need to think about it.

Comment on new effects bar:
When only one person is using an ewar effect on you, could left-clicking the icon match the behavior on the overview? (left clicking switches your focus and target to said victim, ctrl+left click locks, fleet broadcast hotkeys as well "GET THIS GUY OFF ME")

So. Looking at the list of changes:
-No drone poo=much less minerals
-No T1 drops=chance for hisec miner/self-sustained manufacturer gone
-High minerals now have monopoly in lowsec/nullsec/wh. No other source of supply (reprocessing named stuff is mostly bad idea). Was drop rate for named stuff set to compensate for T1 stuff removal anyhow?
-Mass move of miners to nullsec=not going to happen. Regardless that you have pretty much eliminated high sec production of some minerals, there still are far more lucrative things in nullsec (exploration, anomalies, mooon mining) to do than mining, plus mining is not too much fun, plus most people that do it are doing it semi-afk way which is not optimal for nullsec. It may easily go up to the point where nullsec miners might produce enough for their alliance but not much extra to get into prices at trendemous prices little to noone in hisec will be able to afford. Doubt big time that nullsec alliances would establish combat patrolls for miner protection beyond what they need for their own use.
-Salvaging ships (introduced rather recently) are also becoming less useful with this change
-Two years back, salvaging was nerfed
-This seems like another significant mission running nerf (especially for less skilled players where loot collecting was quite nice thing to have when kills take forever.
-I'll be happy if I'm proven wrong, but at the moment above seems to be the way things will go.

It would be really great if GCC pods were either not marked red, or you were actually able to shoot them.

Nothing in my overview should be red if I can't shoot it, thanks.

These lines telling people what the numbers refer to are an eye saw put a S A H next to it instead of these silly lines we are not children.

I agree totally over this, those lines look awful, please just get rid of them.

Also checked 2 NPC wrecks at random. Out of 12 items there were the t1 drones and ammo, as already pointed out in this thread, and also a meta 0 miner I and a meta 0 survey scanner I. I'm guessing there are a whole slew of other meta 0's that have been missed in the great removal. Please do this properly or not at all.

Love this quadrupple-screwover in the Drone Regions. Take away the alloys, nerf the sec status and replace it with under-par bounties. Ah, and no loot whatsoever. Noctis usage is dropping to 0. Yes, well done, CCP. Well done.

Love how you sold that on the feature page, btw; no more hauling cargobays full of alloys. Like it was a chore. Nah, we love hauling cargobays full of veldspar, much more lucrative, no?

Fail. But I'll sell you 500mil isk hulks, three billion isk carriers and far overpriced other ships, very soon now. Good for the newbies, gives them their first year goal to get in a drake. They'll be able to fly it in a month, but afford it....now there's a whole new ballgame.

CCP, I predict you'll revisit this failure. Quite soon, too.

Cya then. o/

Yeah, hate those lines too! Thought it was a bug first :P The expensive stuff in the market is really cool though, that's an awesome addition along with the effect bar.

Besides that, I lost all my settings, like some others have pointed out already here in the forums.

Market lists being ordered by meta level are now confusing.

Ammo, drones, ships and random crap are all still alphabetical, while modules are in meta order, makes shopping for a quick fit, or just browsing through the market time consuming as well as an additional eye sore.

Also all UI sounds have disappeared

You mine with, mining ships. Income made with mining, might be anywhere near other sources of income.

Give it maybe if mineral supply is reduced signficantly yield could be increased, who knows?
