I would like to say that although I feel the launcher is pretty much worthless the patching is smooth so far, as normal. +1 for a worthless feature working as intended..

UI sounds are VERY quiet now. I literally cannot hear hardly any of them and they're the only reason I really play Eve with sound (tactile audio feedback.)

Example: Menu sounds, or the fitting window sounds are very quiet.

Need stuff moved? Push Industries will handle it. Serving highsec, lowsec and nullsec - and we do it faster and more reliably than anyone else. Ingame channel: PUSHX

CCP actually completed a patch downtime in the time that they said it would take?!
WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY CCP!?!

No, but really, nice work. In both regards to the patch and the downtime. Impressive sirs and madams.

Actually I really like the launcher. Especially for small patches it's awesome not having to start the game just to close it again. Admittedly less helpful with big(er) patches like this. But yes, it is useful! I don't use any of the links (as they still don't work!), but for the patching-without-starting-client part alone it's pretty decent in my book!

Yeah, I thought I would hate the launcher, but I've been really happy with it. All those little patches are so much easier and it actually makes opening a bunch of clients slightly more convenient.

Don't worry, there will surely be unannounced server reboot soon to fix this.

New to EVE? Don't forget to read: The Manual * The Wiki * The Career Options * and everything else

Works !
Less than an hour. Impressive, awesome work !

Nice new UI noise you've built in !

Now, the Text in my overview seems a bit ... huge ! O_o
And i'd advise everybody to try and simply turn up the UI sound volume ...

Looks good so far, the new UI sounds are nice minus the scrolling selection sound, to me it feels to hard on the ears when using headphones, should be a bit lighter. Going to be playing with it. Patching worked great though on my end

From what I saw of the overview this morning the fading and such either never went in, or is much better than what I last saw on sisi. Very nice so far, but I won't get to play with it much till tomorrow Sad

if you haven't, check the mixer settings in windows. I've been noticing that Eve has been at times dropping it's mixer volume to minimum (I'm assuming it's a bug as corpmates have noticed the same). Hopefully that's the fix, and not an actual change. Like you I keep my volume doing the same.

Now you managed to go completly the other way in the rouge drone missions. The bounties are nice (but not great) but now there is no reason to salvage it. A balance would have been better. At least drop one item that makes it worth salvaging!
