It needs competition. There are a hundred different ways to do it, all would work. Unless I see proof CCP are paying attention, I'm just feed snot shotter trolls so I won't waste time putting any on the table.

The problem is it's far to easy for vets and alliances to hold 0.0 space that's why they have such a ******** advantage, CCP should snub any attempts made by them to make the game even easier.

So what you are saying is: EVE Online being a game about internetz spaceships empires iz badz?

My, completely unqualified, moon mining proposal:

  • Every moon can yield every material and multiple materials, regardless of truesec. The exact composition of every moon is randomly determined, at a random date per moon, every 7-14 days.

  • The maximum yield of a moon is determined at a random day every 4-12 weeks. Again, ignoring truesec.

  • Moon mining requires a dedicated tower. Once you install a harvesting array, you can install nothing but more harvesting arrays and storage silos.

  • Every moon material requires a different type of harvesting array.

  • Ninja Moon Mining: A small tower or capital industrial which can be quickly installed, recalled, and destroyed, and can harvest moon materials without any regard for sov.

The only thing -A- ever did that made me gag was the inside POS bubble Doomsday sploits. That was a long time ago though. I don't think Valei is trying to find a silver bullet to fix EVE but he didn't address the 100,000 cause and effect factors to everything in EVE that makes it all a barrier for anyone not in the conformity class.

I've also never seen -A- engaged in any anti-high sec campaign of any sort. Most of your Sov is a liability to you though, a burden more than a benefit. A less "empire" like EVE with real sustainability would benefit you guys more than you think. Imagine -A- with 8 systems and a membership, war chest and fleet size like the one you guys have? You guys would be top dog in EVE, hands down.

We aren't about high sec tears, we are about roaming and we already have a solution, we parcel out space and reset people. Liabilities are good, it gives us ostensible reasons to get angry and go after offending alliances full force.
