And apparently so would CCP.

I just noticed whilst browsing through the new website (great job by the way - love it) that in the Wallpapers section there are wallpapers available for every expansion dating back to Apocrypha..

except Incarna.

It just goes straight from incursion to Crucible;

on purpose or a terrible accident? :P

Don't think they ever made Incarna wallpapers.

Wallpapers generally pictures ships and space backgrounds. Since Incarna wasn't about either of those things... yeah.

The new website doesn't seem to have much info regarding Incarna either..... There seems to be nothing at all. No mention of being a space Barbie in the sandbox section at all. The new website tells people "PERSONAL HANGARS Acquire many different ships and store your collection in personal hangars across New Eden." Yet it has no "enter your very own Captains quarters and buy space clothes!".

So it does look very much like CCP are trying to sideline it.

Which is great.

well they aren't talking about it cause it isn't a very big part of the game yet. CQ's are cool but its not like you could spend all day in one.

I had hoped the whiners would have lived up to their promise and quit EVE.

You will notice that the new video, on the other hand, has a distinct section on creating your avatar.

I don't think they are going to put a spot light on anything beyond creating your avatar until there is something worth drawing attention to in regards to actual game play.

Walking in stations would have been cool, especially if it had some cool business functionalists like shops, bars, gambling, etc., but CCP just gave us the Captain's Quarters. What they just didn't notice, for whatever reason, was that CQ was useless without WiS. They should have just waited, and kept their focus on FiS, and I think we would have all been happy.

Hell I bet everyone would have been totally happy if you could just walk up to a console in CQ and play space invaders.

there was a player made one that was pertty good it was all four CQs HD'ified up with incrana title to one corner or another, no avatars in it.

Well CCP seems to think the hanger is more of a feature than the CQ and NeX store and CCP clothes. No mention of any of that at all, not only has it been shitcanned its being brushed under the carpet to.

Which bodes well for future expansions, hopefully we will see several more Crucibles.

I'm so tired of people saying WiS was a bad idea when it is not. It was just poorly implemented. Once more features of the station become available, WiS will be a larger part of the game.
