Also I am sure they are implementing it just because they are paranoid, people in EVE Online are far too paranoid, so scared of their epeen they will soon use webcams to make sure no one sets up a trap and make them lose a POS...

It is more risky to hand out full account details, as in account name, with account name and email adress it is very easy to later hack,but I doubt goons would ever hack but in general never hand out account name, ever. Most WoW idiots published account name, email and char name than act surprise when they got hacked and now Blizzard needs photographs with todays newspaper and your face next to ones passport and voice verification and be the creator of the account in order to access account if you lost PW etc. Because of those morons handing out all details except a simple PW thinking they are safe.

as i have pointed out this information can be used to filter through to accounts worth the time and risk to be hacked....
