Daily Event timer should be 20 hours instead of 23 hours.

The rewards for this Agency event taking 23 hours to refresh is too long. Some nights I'd complete them later then I'd be stuck a the later time or lose the for a whole day. Change it once per day , with a refresh at reset or change the time to give a bigger window say 20 hours.
