It's so funny that you consider bumping a miner to be, "rough-and-tumble" PvP.
How's that? Have you seen how much they cry over that? Clearly I am enforcing my will on them and establishing my dominance over that ore or ice belt.

It's the very definition of PvP - two players with conflicting goals battling it out with the tools they have to meet their objectives. It's almost as if the miner and bumper are competing for resources in a shared virtual universe or something.

What, are you the type that thinks consensual, and thus meaningless, 1v1s at the sun is PvP? Lol. You have a lot to learn my summer child.

Hey Niten, thanks for killing those retrievers for us, some fine work you did there.

With spais like you, who needs loyal agents? Lololololol

Honestly, I left my PC unattended and my two year old went to town.

I've added a password protected screen saver.

I infiltrated c0d3 and what I saw was inauspicious.

Did you ever elucidate our top secret tactics?

God, I hope our schedules are safe...

Next time though, when you infiltrate an organization to discover their tactics, you might want to check and see if they happen to have a public website where they detail all of their tactics. Just a thought.

Lunch was great! Thanks.

c0d3 tactics 101:

  1. snuggle a little frigate right up next to a big fat tuna boat
  2. 2. warp 25-30 Catalysts to said frigate
    3. press [F1]
    4. lock target
    5. approach said tuna boat until you die

It literally takes the average c0d3 member 6 months to learn those, "tactics".

I infiltrated c0d3 and what I saw was inauspicious.

I don't get it, it's too complicated. I just shout at my computer and then stuff explodes, not sure why you have to press F1 and all that stuff.

So what is your plan now that you have all our secret tactics? I am sure they will be of great value for AG, I don't think they ever had such a deep knowledge of our operation until now.

Is this the end of CODE. ?

I don't think he knows about the schedules Lol

Oh wait, he wouldn't know since he never infiltrated us nor did he ever participate in group activities hahahahah

And for the original question, CCP did (imo) kill small scale highsec mercs with the removal of the watchlist...
Which is a shame really, because now most mercs stick to hubs and pipes :/

Yes but minerbumping.com is always good for a laugh.

"Though our Agents are known for enforcing the Code through elite PvP, they increasingly spend their time simply administering highsec. As the EVE players in our jurisdiction buy permits and become more and more compliant, this trend is bound to continue."

So Elite, they are to scared to go into a pvp area where people can shoot them for fun.

Always a great laugh from the day it was set up. Lol

The CSM gets in the way of CCP communicating properly with the players of this game.

After all we are not just players, we are customers.

Time for the CSM to be disbanded.

Highsec is just as much a pvp place as anywhere else. Just different consequences, just like lowsec has it's unique consequences and null/wh space have their unique mechanics.

It doesn't seem like CODE. are too afraid. They shoot for fun in highsec, proving that highsec is very much a pvp place where people shoot for fun.

They also seem to do a fair bit of pvp in lowsec. It seems more that AG is afraid to shoot, no matter which space it is. They'd just rather sit by watching and then come crying in the forum.

Yes a couple of them actually do

Then they return to Hi-sec and perform such act of Elite PvP such as "Alex's Slasher was destroyed by our Agent--with some assistance from CONCORD."

One of the major points of CODE. is to remind people that nowhere is safe.
Only place you can be safe is in a station ::P
And to beat them, you literally have follow the Code (it's as simple as that really)

Just imagine how boring highsec would be if only mercs did shooting, we'd have autopiloters all day long, and afk miners everywhere (that would be a terrible sight tbh)

You sir, are a liar.

I have observed Jason Kusion (one of c0d3's ISBoxer golden boys) gank ship after ship strictly for monetary reasons.

Nothing to do with one of your lame c0d3 violations.

So stop lying and just admit that they're just a bunch of dirty pirates that you worship.

You're so lost its hilarious
Jason ganks people that are afk and on autopilot (like last night's incursion runners and that polarized vindi)
They were not following the Code so they had to die.

And as for James, he is more a friend than he is my "messiah"
But hey, keep on going with all the religious talk ;)

You can't be that delusional, so cheers for sticking to the "c0d3 of lies".

My religious talk? If I had a dime for every time that I heard, "Praise James"...to quote Maren Morris, "Well I'd basically be sitting on a big ass pile of dimes".

found a system that seems to be code's weakness.

why? cause in the past 7 days. the only deaths have been code. and i don't think those deaths were from failed ganks, as 2 of them are shuttles, killed by concord.

If those miners had been doing the things that Dom Arkaral posted, they wouldn't have been there to get ganked; because they'd have seen the evil CODE enforcer coming and warped off Shocked
