I have heard that this has been very tough on certain of the lesser members in these organizations. Most of the team members for these teams put in a lot of time and effort, yet were not complicit at all in the planning and execution of the cheat. Receive ship, receive plan, warp to field and follow orders.

Some of these people were hit extremely hard with negative wallets at the onset of this investigation, these being the ones that never had that much money to begin with.

I hope they, at least, will get some slack. It sucks enough to get screwed out of alliance tournament rewards by your leaders' ill-conceived cheating, let alone getting screwed out of your ability to play the game at all.

Nope. EVE-Bet openly stated they won't give refunds if any matchfixing occurred (because there's no way for them to take the money from the winnings people earned on the fixed matches after they cash out).

I'm still waiting for Bad Bobby to explain this is a case of CCP treating Hydra unfairly.

The team captain of both teams (as he called himself) admitted to cheating on Failheap Challenge. Not exactly "flimsy evidence."
