Never not hire DWA for your mercenary needs. Even if you hire someone else as well, never not DWA. These guys have more than earned the isk I've given them for various operations I've hired them for, and given a few alliances I've been in a damn good run for their money. That being said, whether you're with them or against them, they're some of the best sports in the game.

I don't know if Devil's Warriors will ever stop being a thing. Most mercenary outfits are transient, even the fairly successful ones, Devil's is just there, apparently forever.
